Returns & Refund Policy



Refunds

 

We hope that you love your new Prima Bowtique Bows but if for any reason you change your mind, we have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and with its original packaging. Please note that there is no exchange or refund on personalised items.

 

Steps to request a refund

 

1.To be eligible for a return, please contact us at info@primabowtique.com. Please include proof of purchase.

2. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the return shipping cost of the goods. 

3. Upon receiving the returned goods, they will be inspected and if approved, you will be automatically refunded. Please note that we will refund back to the original method of payment charged and this will take 2-5 days depending on the bank.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items, sale items or products that have been worn.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to make a return using the refund process and place a new order through the website for the item you would like.

 

Damages

 

We take great pride in the quality of our products, each item is made with the utmost care and quality checked before being carefully packed to be sent to you. On the very slim chance you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We ask that you send photos of the item so we can best assist you. Upon evaluation of the issue, we will repair, replace or exchange the products to make it right!
